Clara’s menu draws from the abundant offerings of New York's burgeoning class of farmers, cheese makers, ranchers, and fishermen. Clara is inspired by Clara Driscoll and New York City at the turn of the 20th century. A groundbreaking designer, Driscoll created many of the Tiffany lamps currently on view at the Museum.
